When a business fails, it will typically be the result of how the business was managed, not the product or service it sold.

BCI was created by Mike Francis and Michelle Lim-Francis and is a part of Brillionaires Pty Ltd. By combining their complementary business skills, Mike and Michelle have been able to effectively manage and grow every aspect of this successful business.

Mike's experience is in the areas of coaching, sales, marketing, training, business development, team-culture development, speaking and writing; and Michelle's experience is in the business management, business systems, office administration & management, secretarial and marketing. Other business needs, such as legal, IT and accounting are outsourced by professional suppliers.
